Job description
We are now in the process of recruiting for our Graduate Trainee Programme here at the Nissan Sunderland Plant to start in the summer of 2010. We have opportunities in the following areas
Engineering
Quality Assurance
Production Control & Supply Chain Management
Information Systems
Finance
Purchasing
Human Resources
Company Information
Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK) Ltd located in Sunderland Tyne & Wear. We currently produce the Qashqai, Note & Micra. We will start production of the Nissan Juke in the summer and are getting ready to produce the all electric car, the Nissan Leaf, in 2012. We are also in the process of building the battery plant at the Sunderland site. The Graduate Trainee Scheme lasts between 12 & 36 months, depending on performance and has a starting salary of £23,484
Skills and Qualifications
You will need to have gained or are expected to gain at least a 2:1 in a relevant subject to apply. Good communication skills and being able to be an active team member are very important.
