Job description Reed, the recruitment, training and HR consultancy is currently recruiting high-calibre graduates to join our industry-leading Graduate Training Scheme. The Reed Graduate Scheme forms an integral part of our future strategy and has already produced three current Managing Directors and numerous senior managers!
Graduates start their career with Reed in an operational role, where a large percentage of your time will be involved in interacting with both our candidates and clients or delivering one of Reed's core services. This experience will give you a solid foundation to build a long-term career upon and will also help you develop a number of highly transferable skills. Subsequently graduates may go on to complete placements in departments such as human resources, finance, information technology, marketing and charity management.By the end of the scheme you could have earned at least £100,000 and be ready to take a senior role in our organisation.
Alongside being given responsibility from day one Reed will also invest in your future by sponsoring you to study towards a professional qualification, providing a structured induction and training programme, and ensuring that you receive one-on-one mentoring from a Director.
What we offer:
- Three, one-year placements across our different businesses.
- A starting salary of £21,000 (£23,000 if London-based)
-A joining bonus of £2,000
