You must be able to demonstrate an exceptional academic profile (equivalent to a UK 1st Class Honours degree as assessed by NARIC). You must articulate your vision of how you intend your future career to develop, and how your intended postgraduate course will help you achieve that vision. You should provide evidence of your commitment to these goals based on your previous practical or academic achievement.
